Read and Meditate on God’s Word
The Bible is not just a holy book. It is your source of strength. When fear rises, fight it with truth.

A Real-Life Example: Job’s Story
The Bible tells the story of Job, a man who lost everything — his wealth, children, and health — all at once. But Job said:
“Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.” – Job 13:15
In the end, God restored Job double for his trouble. This shows that our suffering is never wasted. God always brings purpose out of pain.
